Devon at Son Teach Me!

Explorers!
This is Christine here to share with you some of Devon’s latest adventures into imagination. Devon is my 21 month old son who is super interested in exploring the world around him. He often keeps me on my toes with how clever he is. We are always looking for interesting real world experience to expose him too. Today I am going to share with you one of the those adventures.
Son Teach Me offers a wide variety of opportunities to foster a child’s learning in all areas from social emotional , fine and gross motor and creativity. As both an educator and a mom I am also looking for things in the community to promote real world experience for my son.
My son enjoys the safe space that is offered here where he can explore independently as a dinosaur explorer, chef, and gymnast! We can also explore together as I see these experiences through his eyes! I would highly recommend Son Teach Me to other moms, families, or caregivers in the El Paso Area.
This is a local favorite for us as we often visit once a week. Devon enjoys the freedom that he has in exploring with his own learning. His personal favorites are the dinosaur explorers where he can pretend to be part of the prehistoric period land before time and the kitchen area where he can foster his “cooking skills” which later on transfer over to home.
The most interesting part of Son Teach Me is the owner who is a mom of a toddler. She chose to fill the need of her community by providing a safe space for all children ages 0-5 years old . We will continue to support this business as it provided many great benefits.
This business was sold in early 2024 and is now under new ownership as Tots and Play.
